Zero Phase creates immersive art science experiences that make invisible phenomena perceptible. We investigate particles, waves, vibrations, and scientific data, using advanced technology to transform them into sensory environments through sound, visualization, and experimental design. Our practice combines rigorous artistic research with interdisciplinary scientific collaboration. We explore how fundamental processes, often accessible only through instruments, can be experienced directly, asking: What does reality look and sound like beyond the limits of human perception?
Vanane Borian is a multidisciplinary artist and researcher working at the intersection of art, science, and technology. Her practice explores ecological systems, feminist theory, biological fragility, and data driven structures through installation, video, sound, and experimental design. She uses art as a research method to make invisible processes perceptible and to reveal dimensions of reality that scientific data alone cannot express.
Her work often operates within art science contexts, addressing underwater acoustic pollution, reproductive temporality, algorithmic surveillance, and speculative futures. Vanane is the founder of DASEIN Magazine, supported by Creative Europe, AGBU, and the Yerevan Municipality. She is also co-founder of Zero Phase Collective, which translates fundamental processes into sound and visual form, and RABBITVOLLK, a phygital collaboration with Meyer Gal.
She holds an MA in Multidisciplinary Design from Shenkar College (Israel) and conducted PhD research at Moscow State University on feminist art in post-Soviet contexts. Her written work includes peer-reviewed articles on art science collaboration and feminist visual culture.

Meyer Gal is a multidisciplinary artist and designer working across sound, technology, and experimental object making. His practice explores how minimal engineering, precision, and material clarity shape perception using sound, resonance, and digital physical hybrids to reveal processes normally hidden within technological and social systems. Meyer approaches sound and design as investigative tools that turn vibration, space, and data into perceptual experiences.
He is the founder of KlØR (2024), a high fidelity speaker design project exploring sonic authenticity through engineered minimalism; co-founder of RABBITVOLLK with Vanane Borian, a duo working with phygital and hybrid digital material forms; and co-founder of Zero Phase Collective, an art science practice translating fundamental processes into sound and visual research. Meyer holds an MA from the Armenian National Academy of Fine Arts.
